Transfer iKeyMonitor from Old Phone to New Phone

Hi; I have iKeyMonitor installed on an android phone. I need to transfer everything from this old phone, to a new android phone. How do I transfer IKeyMonitor? What is the order of the steps involved? Do I first transfer the SIM card, then download IKeyMonitor onto the phone, then log in on my laptop and remove the old device and put the new one?
