Hello. I made a payment earlier using the bitcoin transaction. The payment went through smoothly and about 20 mins later, i received a receipt showing funds had been successfully transfered. Unfortunately, each time I have signed back in, I’m still being blocked from the logs. Its as if I never made a payment. When I click on any one of the logs, I’m taken to the payment options tab. I have a screenshot of my receipt. Can someone please help? Thanks!!
