To disable the notification “Internet Service is displaying over other apps,”

  1. Go to the Application list in settings.
  2. Choose “Show system apps” from the three dots in the upper right corner.
  3. Choose Android system and then notifications.
    There, you can turn off “Internet Service is displaying over apps.”
