I cant remember my username so cant log in as there is no “Forgot Username” link. The “Forgot Password” link also isnt working so I cant try that.
If you cannot log into the app, you can go to the panel, then select “Devices,” and adjust the client settings to reset it.
If you’ve forgotten your panel password, you can visit the website https://ikeymonitor.com/, click on “Login” to reset it.
