I am able to see GPS, phone calls and photos all the time. Some text logs update, but it seems they are android to Android users only. iPhone to Android chats are not showing up even though they are on the actual device. Also cannot see any chats through instagram, WhatsApp, Messenger, etc. these are on device also. How do I resolve this?

I also get incomplete logs on Android, not sure why, and/or what would the solution be? any clue so far?
