No GPS Records - How to fix?

Follow the guide below if no GPS is recorded:

Make sure the GPS feature is enabled in iKeyMonitor Settings.

  • Android:
    Dial #8888* or your customized PIN to open iKeyMonitor on the target device, go to Settings - Logging to enable GPS.
  • iPhone/iPad Jailbroken:
    Open Safari, visit “localhost:8888” to open iKeyMonitor, go to Settings and enable GPS.
  • Remotely Enable GPS settings:
    Log into Online Cloud Panel, go to Settings - Devices - Client Settings to enable GPS.

Make sure Location Service is enabled in device settings.

  • Android:
    Go to device “Settings” - “Personal” or “Location and Security/Safety”, enable the GPS Location Service option.

  • iPhone/iPad:
    Go to “Settings” - “Privacy”, switch on “Location Service”.


Make sure the target device does not enable Power Saving Mode.

After that, make sure the device is connected to a reliable network with a good GPS Signal(E.g., Outdoor). Then, keep using it for some time and wait to check if there are new GPS records updated.
