When listening to the call recordings through your app, there is no sound, even though the conversation took place and should be audible. Only the call duration is visible. I have followed your instructions and activated all the necessary settings. My phone is a Samsung device running Android 13. Could you please advise me on what I should do to make the call audio work?

Some phones do not support call recording for both parties due to limitations set by the manufacturer. They can only record the voice from one side.
