Hello, my subscription is due today but I don’t get paid until Friday and if my subscription stops then I will need to gain access to the phone to get it going again and that’s impossible so there will be no point in renewing my subscription if it gets shut off. Is there anyway that you can please extend my subscription until Friday please.

No worry, your data is safe in 14 days.
Depending on how long the app has expired, it will be temporarily available for remote resumption.
For an expired license:
Expired < 14 days
- Three months of historical data will be kept.
- Upon renewal, the App will continue to work without the need to reinstall or re-register.
14 days < Expired < 30 days
- A maximum of 100 entries per data type will be retained.
- Upon renewal, the App will continue to work without the need to reinstall or re-register.
Expired >= 30 days
- All the data will be deleted.
- You must re-register the App with physical access upon renewal to continue monitoring.
