Surround not working on mobile data

Hello! The surround feature seems to only be working over wifi. How can I fix this? Thank you!

Please check the settings below.

  1. Go to the panel - Devices - client settings and make sure Wifi only is disabled.
  2. Settings > Apps & notifications > See all XX apps > App info > Internet Service > Mobile data & Wi-Fi > Background data & Unrestricted data usage
    Set to “ON”
  3. Disable power saving Settings > Battery and device care > Battery > Power saving
    Set to “OFF”
