I installed the tool on my phone and it worked. I then removed the app from my phone and deleted the phone from the dashboard. Then I reinstalled the APK on my phone and it asks for my license or email to register before completing the installation. I’ve given it my email and license key but it won’t allow me to go through the registration.

Follow these steps to reactivate the license: Ensure that your license is not expired.
- Go to Device - Device Management
- Select the old device and choose Actions - Delete. (Warning: the data related to the old device will be deleted.)
- Install the App on the new device and register it with the license key.
