Viber shows only outgoing messages

Viber chat doesn’t show incoming messages… only outgoing… Other messengers like whatsapp work fine

Please verify that the Accessibility permission is enabled. Additionally, ensure that you have activated new message notifications for Viber.

To assist you further, kindly create a support ticket and provide the following information:

  1. Language of the system
  2. Android version
  3. Phone model

Check Notification: Viber
Settings > Notifications > Show message preview – New message popup (1,2,3,4)
Set to “ON ”
